Meet the Artist
Grace is a young lady with Down syndrome. She’s also a daughter, a sister, a friend, an artist, a music lover, a foodie, a movie buff, a fashionista, and a small business owner too!
We started GracePlace Art to give Grace a place to create, learn, grow, and give back in a world that too often limits her. Our hope is to raise awareness, give back to the community, and inspire people of all abilities to follow their dreams no matter how wild!

Grace’s niece and nephew were both born there this past year. Her nephew, Beckham, came early and with some complications that made those first few weeks incredibly tough for our family.
The medical team and staff at Mercy Hospital was amazing, so supportive, and made sure we were able to leave with a healthy baby boy! We couldn’t be more grateful or happy to give back and brighten their holiday season with some sweet little holiday cards by Grace this year! 🤍

The Classics
‘Work’ is Grace’s signature style. Dating back to the beginning, when Grace first started getting into art, she would sit down to ‘do her work.’ And so the design’s name was coined!
